The Hunters of Destiny 2: pioneers, explorers, scouts, outlaws, heroes. A little bit sour, a little bit sweet, this drink evokes that same urge to explore, to take risks, and to always be expanding the frontier.
To make The Hunter, you’ll need:
- 1 1/2oz bourbon
- 1/2oz applejack
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 sugar cube
- Apple wedge (optional)
Method
- Place the sugar cube at the bottom of a rocks glass and dash the bitters on top to soak it.
- Muddle the cube and bitter thoroughly.
- Add ice to the glass, along with the bourbon and applejack.
- Garnish with the apple wedge (optional).
- Serve!
